Creamy Chicken Farfalle
1 box of Farfalle pasta any brand
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion (optional)
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of onion
Chop up your red and green peppers & optional onion, season and dice your chicken breasts and cook them in a frying pan with olive oil.
Fry til chicken and peppers are well done. During this time you can add more peppers or onions.
After chicken is cooked well done add your cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of onion and add a cup of water.
As your chicken simmers, boil your farfalle noodles in a seperate pot. If you don’t like bowtie (farfalle) pasta, you can also use penne pasta.
Drain your pasta, pour some on a plate then add how ever much of your creamy chicken on to your plate and voila! Creamy Chicken Farfalle.
