The Late Pass: Breaking Bad

Just give me like 5 late passes, I deserve it, like seriously. I’ve heard about Breaking Bad, but I never had ANY kind of desire to watch it. I always wondered what the hoopla was all about, BUT, like I said I had no desire to get into a show that I never saw from the beginning. THEN…I signed up to Netflix and that was the 1st thing I saw. Breaking Bad. So, the fact that Netflix had all 5 seasons and I had a weekend free, I said what the hell.

Let me just say….I AM HOOKED!!!!!

Walter White Is A KING!!!!!! Like I am just, listen I don’t even know what to say. I feel DUMB not watching this when it first came out, but on the flipside, I get to watch all the seasons at once. WHOOHOO!!!!! I am currently on season 3 and I swear it just gets better and better. Season 1 had me on the “ehhhhh it’s boring” I’ll give it another few episodes and I am SO glad that I did that.

If you have never watched Breaking Bad, seriously, enjoy it and be amazed at the awesomeness of this show!

Here’s the premise of the show from

Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family’s financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in this world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White’s releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.

Oh and when they say kingpin, they MEAN kingpin!!!! Dope show, 5 seasons…check it out!
