So, it’s official. The Dallas Cowboys are on their THIRD offensive play caller in the past THREE years. And the previous two play callers are still on the staff, in the same positions they previously held. This makes zero sense to me. You already show how little power your head coach has by stripping him of his play calling duties and giving it to a guy who was previously your offensive line coach. This was done so your head coach can better manage the game. If you paid any attention to the Cowboys season, you know that didn’t turn out well. Now it’s Linehan’s turn. I just don’t see how it’s going to work. Linehan isn’t the offensive coordinator, just the play caller. I feel a little bad for Jason Garret. I don’t know how he puts up with it all. I guess he has millions of reasons to just go with the flow. I have a feeling 2014 is going to be another rough season for America’s Team.
