A meal that combines my two favorite meats bacon and chicken just makes my day. Bacon Wrapped stuffed chicken, stuffed with cream cheese, spinach and walnuts (if desired). This recipe will be without nuts.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
On the stove cook your frozen spinach. Drain thoroughly.
Line up your bacon (2-3) til plate is complete.
Filet your chicken breasts open like a book and season.
Have a block of cream cheese softened.
Place cream cheese, spinach, nuts in a bowl & mix.
Pinch of nutmeg if you’re using nuts
Add the spinach inside the filet chicken then close. See 1st chicken.
Place on cookie sheet and put in oven for 10-15 minutes so the chicken can cook all the way through.
Dinner is served.
