Nick Fury Is Not Angry Enough According To Stan Lee

Footage from the Stan Lee C2E2 panel has surfaced and the video below focuses on what Stan Lee REALLY thinks of S.H.I.E.L.D. and director Nick Fury.

Stan Lee comments on what S.H.I.E.L.D. initially stood for which is Supreme Headquarters, International Espionage, Law-Enforcement Division. BUT in the movies, S.H.I.E.L.D. stands for Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division and Stan Lee says, “they changed it, they changed it to something else I don’t know why. I don’t know why they changed it.” He then goes on to Director Nick Fury.

“The fella who plays Colonel Fury…he’s a friend of mine I don’t remember his name, but Sam Jackson can do the best ANGRY TOUGH GUY YOU CAN IMAGINE *his voice goes all super-villainy. Stan Lee continues, “and every time I see him in the movie he’s so quiet and soft and I’m waiting for him to get excited and yell at people and he never does. So I don’t know why they don’t make him more like I picture him being. Why am I telling you that, it’s not why you came here.”
